Her owner, Summer, gave me an image of a floral patterned fabric which I did a loose interpretation for the background, giving it a sweet and feminine touch to contrast with Spot's dynamic black and white coat. This photo is priceless. And I love the background!
This is a portrait of my cat. It's so amazing when you see a painting that doesn't look "a little bit like" your animal-- but when it looks EXACTLY like your pet. I keep catching glimpses of it out of the corner of my eye and the real-life accuracy is AMAZING.
